Our client is a leading ecommerce company in the automotive parts industry, selling over 5 million parts annually across Europe and working with 30,000+ partners. As they continue their rapid growth, they are looking for several Customer Service Specialists to join their team in Dubai (Jumeirah Lake Towers).

Your Responsibilities:

✔ Communicate professionally and effectively with suppliers and customers in English.

✔ Handle and resolve customer inquiries related to orders, transportation, returns, and product issues, ensuring a smooth customer experience (mainly by email).

✔ Optimize customer service processes to improve efficiency and quality.

Your Profile:

✔ At least 2 years of experience in customer service, handling customer issues via ticketing systems.

✔ Bachelor's degree in a relevant field.

✔ Strong knowledge of transport planning, supply chain, and e-commerce customer service (after-sales support).

✔ Bilingual in English (mandatory); proficiency in office tools.

✔ Automotive industry knowledge would be a plus.

Salary: 7,000 - 9,000 AED/month (depending on profile)

Benefits: Annual bonus (1 month salary), visa sponsorship, health insurance, return airfare every 2 years.
