We are looking for a passionate Product Manager-ME&Gulf who will lead execution of all Marketing activities across UAE and Gulf.
The position is located in Dubai and reports to the Director-Marketing.
What awaits you in this role
- Responsible from product management and marketing strategy development.
- Analyze market performance of company brands' products portfolio, monitor competitive activities, regularly execute pricing monitoring; prepare regular category performance reports and others upon management requests.
- Supporting his/her product activation plan by guiding trade and marketing stakeholders
- Forecast the demand for products under responsibility together with analysts
- Develop budget plan for trade activities based on marketing plan; control expenses against budget, produce periodical reports.
- Plan, execute and monitor promotional programs in key clients; develop presentational material and supporting data in coordination with related departments.
- Develop plans for product launching and phasing-outs and manage category mix ups
- Communicating with teams in Turkey, staying in-line with HQ team and updating local sales and marketing teams.
- Preparing product/price lists, feature information and necessary product documentation for local teams.
- Follow certifications of products together with HQ, factory and regulatory agencies. Develop relationships with state or federal authorities to learn about and analyze the potential impacts of proposed policy regulations.
- Review all regulatory agency submission materials to ensure timeliness, accuracy, comprehensiveness, or compliance with regulatory standards, ensure that products meet legislative requirements.
- Provide regulatory guidance to departments or development project teams regarding design, development, evaluation, or marketing of products, outlining requirements for labelling and packaging.

Education:
- Bachelor's Degree in engineering required
Working Experience:
- Minimum 5 years' experience in Appliances in product management role
Technical Knowledge:
- Strong MS office program skills
- Strong coordination and analytical skills
- Excellent written and oral communication skills
- Proactive with positive attitude
- Self- motivated, doesn't wait for directions
- Can work independently with minimal supervision
- High Integrity & organized
