ResponsibilitiesConduct outbound calls to prospective clients to introduce and promote the company's products and services.Understand customer requirements and provide personalized solutions tailored to their needs.Build and maintain strong customer relationships through professional communication and timely follow‑ups.Follow up on leads and inquiries to ensure effective conversion and customer and consistently exceed monthly sales and performance targets.Use effective sales techniques, strategic questioning, and negotiation skills to close deals successfully.Stay updated on product knowledge, industry trends, market developments, and competitor activities.Coordinate with internal teams to ensure seamless service delivery and customer support.Prepare regular sales reports and updates for management review.QualificationsAny graduation or diploma qualification is preferred.Minimum 1 year of experience in telesales, inside sales, telemarketing, or a related role is acceptable; freshers are also welcome.Proven track record of achieving or exceeding sales targets.Freshers with excellent communication and convincing skills are welcomed.Experience in the technology or software industry will be an added advantage.Strong verbal communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.Ability to work in a fast‑paced, target‑driven environment.Familiarity with CRM tools and basic computer proficiency.Language RequirementsEnglish, Hindi (Mandatory), Tamil, Malayalam, Telugu, Kannada, Marathi, Bangla#J-18808-Ljbffr
