PR Manager in our office in Dubai 

The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of the media landscape, key stakeholders, and cultural nuances within the MENA region. This role is crucial for enhancing our brand reputation, managing communications, and driving engagement through effective public relations strategies. 

Responsibilities 

Strategic PR Planning: 

• Develop and execute a comprehensive public relations strategy aligned with the company's goals and market position. 

• Identify key media outlets and platforms within the MENA region for effective outreach. 

Media Relations: 

• Build and maintain strong relationships with journalists, editors, and media in the MENA region. 

• Oversee press releases, media alerts, and other communication materials to maximize media coverage. 

Crisis Management: 

• Proactively identify potential issues and develop crisis communication strategies to mitigate risks. 

• Serve as the primary point of contact during any crisis, ensuring timely and effective communication. 

Content Development: 

• Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to create compelling narratives, articles, and case studies that highlight the company's achievements and initiatives. 

• Ensure that all content adheres to brand guidelines and effectively communicates company values. 

 Monitoring and Reporting: 

• Monitor media coverage and public perception, providing regular reports and insights to the CMO and senior leadership. 

• Analyze the effectiveness of PR campaigns and strategies, making data-driven adjustments as necessary. 

 Budget Management: 

• Manage the PR budget effectively, ensuring optimal use of resources for maximum impact. 

Experience Requirements 

• 10+ years of proven experience in public relations, with significant experience in the MENA region. 

• Strong understanding of the cultural and media dynamics within the MENA landscape. 

• Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal, with fluency in English; proficiency in Arabic is highly desirable. 

• Demonstrated experience in crisis communication and media relations strategy. 

• Ability to work alongside a dynamic Markteting Team in a fast-paced environment.
