Supply ChainPermanentJob DescriptionKey Responsibilities1. Outbound Order & Delivery Coordination
Manage and arrange daily outbound deliveries, ensuring all orders in the system are fully processed and dispatched on time.Monitor delivery progress, proactively following up with delivery partners and the 3PL warehouse team.Ensure accurate updating and confirmation of delivery status in SAP.Resolve delivery issues, delays, and exceptions promptly.
2. Return Order & Rejected Delivery Management
Process and track all return orders and rejected deliveries.Ensure all returned goods are physically received and recorded by the warehouse.Coordinate with delivery teams to investigate failed deliveries and document reasons.
3. 3PL Invoice Validation
Review and validate monthly invoices from 3PL providers based on the approved rate card.Highlight discrepancies and coordinate with 3PL and internal teams to resolve billing issues.Maintain accurate records of charges, credits, and reconciliations.
4. Customer Communication & Support
Communicate order and delivery status updates to customers via email or phone.Respond to customer inquiries related to delivery timelines, PODs, and returns.Ensure high levels of professionalism and timely customer support.
5. Documentation & POD (Proof of Delivery) Handling
Submit PODs to retailers through email or via their designated portals.Ensure all delivery documentation is complete, accurate, and properly archived.Assist in preparing reports related to delivery performance, returns, and exceptions.
QualificationsEducation & Experience
Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Supply Chain, Business Administration, or a related field.3–6 years of experience in logistics, outbound operations, order fulfillment, or similar roles.Experience working with 3PLs, delivery partners, or warehouse operations preferred.
Technical Skills
Proficiency in SAP or other ERP systems (required).Strong MS Excel skills (VLOOKUP, filtering, basic formulas).Understanding of logistics operations, last-mile delivery, and warehouse workflows.
Key Competencies
Strong attention to detail and accuracy.Excellent communication and coordination skills.Ability to multitask and manage operational priorities under tight timelines.Problem‑solving mindset with proactive follow‑up.Customer‑focused with service excellence orientation.
