Bank Onboarding & Relationship Management
  • Onboard banks and financial institutions across geographies onto the 360tf platform.
  • Build and strengthen senior-level relationships with key stakeholders across FI, Trade Finance &
  • Product divisions.
  • Regularly engage with underwriting banks to promote LC confirmation/discounting opportunities.
  • Maintain regular engagement with bank partners through timely updates and communication.
Revenue & P&L Ownership
  • Support the leadership team in driving revenue growth through strategic bank partnerships.
  • Take ownership of the P&L for assigned banks, identifying opportunities for revenue growth and cost
  • efficiencies.
Debt Syndication Support
  • Identify and pitch underwriting banks with an appetite for LC confirmation/discounting.
  • Support in structuring transactions and engaging underwriting banks for deal execution.
  • Help build a 'Bank Ledger' with insights and engagement strategies for potential partners.
Networking, Lobbying & Industry Presence
  • Represent 360tf at industry events to build senior-level banking relationships.
  • Leverage relationships with Banking Associations, advisory boards, statutory auditors, and ministries
  • to influence and accelerate bank onboarding.
  • Take a top-down approach by initiating dialogues with CTOs, CROs, Heads of Wholesale Banking, and Trade Operations to complement FI engagement.
