Job Overview:
Banke International Properties is looking for an experienced Off-Plan Sales Manager to lead and drive our off-plan sales team in Abu Dhabi. This role requires a dynamic and results-driven leader with a strong background in real estate sales, particularly in the off-plan segment. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing a team of property consultants, developing sales strategies, and ensuring revenue targets are met while maintaining excellent client relationships.
Key Responsibilities:
Sales Leadership & Strategy:
- Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve and exceed off-plan sales targets.
- Identify new opportunities and market trends to stay ahead of the competition.
- Collaborate with developers and maintain strong relationships to secure the best projects.
Team Management & Development:
- Lead, mentor, and motivate a team of off-plan property consultants.
- Conduct regular training sessions to enhance product knowledge and sales skills.
- Monitor team performance and provide ongoing support to achieve sales goals.
Client & Stakeholder Engagement:
- Build and maintain relationships with high-net-worth individuals and investors.
- Provide clients with expert guidance on investment opportunities in Abu Dhabi's real estate market.
- Ensure excellent customer service and smooth transaction processes.
Market Research & Reporting:
- Stay updated on real estate trends, project launches, and competitive market conditions.
- Prepare and present sales reports, forecasts, and performance analysis to senior management.
Requirements:
- Proven experience in real estate off-plan sales, with at least 3-5 years in a managerial role.
- Strong network and experience in Abu Dhabi's real estate market.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and negotiation skills.
- Ability to develop and execute strategic sales plans.
- UAE driving license and own vehicle preferred.
